Beverly Ann McCartin, 60, of Oakland died on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Garrett County Memorial Hospital. Born on February 16, 1952 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Charles A. Bradford and the late Mildred E. (Lambert) Bradford Justice and husband Robert. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Taylor and husband Charles "Chas" of Annapolis; two grandsons, Anthony and Nate Hook; loving companion, Chuck Morosko; two sisters, Donna L. Neal and Eileen Polmer and husband Bud; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce McCartin in 1975. A private family memorial service is being planned for a later date. Memorials may be made to the Garrett County Animal Shelter, 152 Oakland Sang Run Road, Oakland, MD 21550. Arrangements are being handled by the Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland.
