Betty Scott

Betty J. Scott, 48, of Kitzmiller died on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, surrounded by her family. Born on June 20, 1968, in Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late William "Bill" Tasker and Barbara Jean (Pyle) Tasker. She worked in construction for the Laborer's Union #616 in Cumberland and was Pentecostal by faith. Betty enjoyed camping, bingo, going to yard sales and flea markets, and especially loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Robert "Bobby" Scott; two daughters, Brittany Paige Scott and Rachel Ann Scott, both of Kitzmiller; a granddaughter, Eileen Marie Kelly; two brothers, William and Mike Tasker of Mtn. Lake Park; two sisters, Carol Palmer and Connie Williamson, both of Kitzmiller; mother and father in law, Betty S. Crosco and husband Russell of Kitzmiller; brothers in law, Allan Scott, Russell Crosco and David Desrosiers; and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the C & S FREDLOCK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 710 Church St., Kitzmiller on Saturday, February 4th from 3 to 7 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Sunday, February 5th at 2 PM with Pastor Mark Weeks officiating. Interment, at a later date, will be in the Deer Park Cemetery.
