Beatrice R. Gnegy, 82, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2012 at the Hospice Care Center on Ridgewood Rd. in Green, OH. Bea was born to Chambers and Evelyn Spiker on January 12, 1930 in Oakland, MD. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Earl in 1983; infant daughter, Gail; parents, Chambers and Evelyn; sister, Virginia and brother, Harold; she is survived by her daughters, Mary (Larry) Fioramonti of Richfield, OH, Patricia (Dale) Compher of Henryville, IN and Barbara Hanks of Green, OH; sons, Glen and John Gnegy of Accident, MD; grandchildren, Richard (Becky) Nickolich Jr. of Charlestown, IN, Dr. Melanie (Dr. Eric) Mohler of Lake Villa, IL, Melissa Fioramonti of Davenport; FL, Shawn Compher of Henryville, IN, Linda (Jeremiah) Hall of Charlestown, IN, Tina (Bob) Young of Green, OH and Jesse Foley of TX; eleven great-grandchildren and sister, Laura Cummings of Oakland, MD. Friends will be received on Friday, June 22nd from 7-9 PM at the Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St, Oakland MD where the funeral service will take place at 10 AM on Saturday, June 23rd. Interment will follow in Aurora Cemetery, Aurora WV.
