Ann Lee (Lohr) Colaw, 82, of Terra Alta, passed away on November 28, 2024, at her residence. Born on June 11, 1942, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Robert W. and Anna Virginia "Ginny" Lohr. She will be fondly remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend.

Ann Lee graduated from Southern High School and continued her education at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh. Ann Lee was a dedicated professional; she owned and operated Ann Lee's Fabric Shop, worked at Garrett National Bank and finished her career retiring from Mettiki Coal. Beyond her career, she was actively involved in her community as a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, the Terra Alta Civic Club, and the Alpine Lake Ladies Golf Organization. Ann Lee was an avid golfer, enjoyed trips to the casino with friends and playing BINGO. She cherished her and Sam's time spent in Florida during the winter months creating new friendships and golfing. She engaged in card and board games with friends, relished game shows, and loved traveling to visit family and explore new places across the country. Above all she loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her significant other of 45 years, Samuel David Dick Sr.; her brother, Robert F. Lohr and wife Debbie of Grand Junction, CO; two children, Robert Colaw and wife Courtney of St. Clairsville, OH, Susan Colaw of Oakland; Sam's children, Lou Ann Hornsby and husband Roger Sr., of Smithfield, PA, Samuel Dick, Jr., and wife Tina of Oakland, and Scott Dick and wife Mary of Louisville, KY. Ann Lee had fourteen grandchildren, Tyler Colaw, Evan Colaw, Zachary Smith, Austin Smith and fiancé Abbi, Alex Smith and wife Lauren, Sydney Chapman, Aliyah Chapman, and Kylee Chapman, Roger Hornsby, Jr., and wife Megan, Erica Warfield and husband Christian, Alyssa Dick and husband Andrew, Mason Dick and wife Raeslee, Audrey Dick and Peyton Dick. Ann Lee was blessed with nine great grandchildren who she deeply loved; Sadie Colaw, Baylor Smith, Skylar Hornsby, Levi Hornsby, Kaelyn Warfield, Korrine Warfield, Aria Rodeheaver, Amaya Rodeheaver, and Wrennlee Dick; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, from 4 to 7 PM, at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. Second St., Oakland. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 11 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Carrie Hoff officiating. Interment will follow in the Oakland Cemetery.
