Andrew Garsson

Andrew Lee Garsson, 71, of Oakland, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Dennett Road Manor. Born on August 22, 1949 in Silver Lake, New York, he was the son of the late Sandra Garsson. After his high school graduation, Andy proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He retired from a career in the banking industry.

Those left to mourn his passing are his wife, Barbara J. MacMillan; a step-son, Sean MacMillan; and an Aunt, Joan.

In accordance with Andy's wishes, he will be cremated and his remains are to be buried in the Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn, New York at a later date.

Andy's family would like to thank the staff at Dennett Road Manor for the compassionate care shown to him.
