Amy Louise Warner, 29 of Mt. Storm, WV, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2010 at her residence.
Born October 31, 1981 in Oakland, MD, she was the daughter of David and Linda (Sirk) Warner.
Amy was employed at Appalachian Crossroad, Oakland, MD.
Also surviving are: sisters, Carma Warner, McHenry, MD, Sally Warner, Mt. Storm and Kerry Warner, Ridgeley, WV; maternal grandmother, Betty Sirk, Mt. Storm; paternal grandmother, Rhoda Warner, Petersburg, WV; niece, Jazlyn Dale and nephew, Aidan Dale, Mt. Storm, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and her cat, Miss Kitty.
Family and friends will be received at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. 2nd Street, Oakland, MD, Wednesday, December 8, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 .m. Thursday, December 9, 2010 in the funeral home chapel with the Pastors John Wolf and Mary Radford officiating.
Interment will be in the Mt. Storm Cemetery.
