Amber Dawn Legeer, 28, of Deer Park, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Born on January 23, 1992, in Riverside, CA, she is the daughter of Mark Fazenbaker and Pamela (Legeer) Santos, both of Oakland.
Amber worked in healthcare as a licensed CNA/GNA.
She liked to be outdoors and greatly enjoyed mudding, four-wheeling and fishing with her children. Amber will be remembered by family and friends as loving, caring and giving. She always had a smile on her face and was friendly and willing to help anyone. Her legacy to her children is to be kind to others and be giving and caring of others before yourself.
In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by three sons, Christopher Legeer, Blake Legeer, and Johnny Sweitzer; a daughter, Marley Legeer-Paugh; her maternal grandparents, John and Elsa Legeer of Deer Park; her sister, Jessica Skipper of Oakland; aunts and uncle, Tina Rodeheaver, Tammy Wilt, John Legeer, Diana Junkins and Elizabeth Mackert; and a number of extended family.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Viola Werdebaugh.
Services for Amber are private and her family wishes to thank everyone for their prayers and support at this time.
