Allen Rockwell Tucker, 65, of Elkins, WV passed away June 3, 2014 at UPMC in Pittsburgh, PA.
He was born March 30, 1949 in Fayetteville, WV a son of the late Cary Harry and Nora Gay McCumbers Tucker. He is survived by 3 sons, Scott Tucker, Elkins, WV, Jeffrey (Sammi) Tucker, Mineral Ridge, OH, and Robert (Jamie) Tucker, Stowe, OH, 5 daughters, Kelli Roby, Elkins, WV, Kristie (Chad) Mayfield, Bruceton Mills, WV, Kim (Jeremy) White, Elkins, WV, Shannon Ellis Tucker, Howland, OH, Stacey Tucker, and 9 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters, Charles H. Tucker, Merle Tucker, Cary H. Tucker Jr., Opal Tucker Hewey Fox, Wavelene MCuthens, Lora Jean Jackson, Betty Lou Rosier Pipes, Kay Ann Spitzer Cates, Bonnie Lucille Daugherty, and Patricia Lee Waugaman Olah. He was the last surviving member of his family.
Mr. Tucker worked for General Motors as a fabricator. He was a Vietnam era veteran who received a Purple Heart. He enjoyed watching football and playing poker.
